Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
Our fulfillment center is based in the U.S., and all orders are processed and shipped domestically.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations — but we hope to expand in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you have three ways to track your delivery:
- Email confirmation: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to view your delivery status.
- Website Order Tracking page: Enter your order number and email address on our Order Tracking page to see real-time updates.
- Shop app: Download the Shop app to automatically track your order from purchase to delivery and receive notifications.
- We use different carriers depending on the item. For shipments via Amazon Logistics, the tracking number is for internal use and may not be viewable on public carrier websites. Rest assured, your package is on its way!
If the tracking link doesn’t update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier’s system to refresh.

How long does shipping take?
We know you’re excited to receive your order — and we’ll make sure it arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible.
We currently offer one shipping option within the contiguous United States:
- Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days ($4.99)
> Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
While delays are rare, if anything changes, we’ll keep you updated by email.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to update your order.
- Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.
> To request a cancellation, please email oasismooon2@gmail.com with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Order Number],” and include your name and the email used at checkout. - Once processing has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
> As most orders begin processing within a few hours, reaching out promptly gives us the best chance to assist you. - Please note that products marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be cancelled or returned once purchased.
- Some payment providers may apply a small transaction fee when an order is cancelled.
- If your order has already been processed, you can request a return after the item arrives.

What is your return and refund policy?

- Items may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll assist you promptly.
- Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow some additional time for your bank or card provider to finalize the refund.
